Experience the deep relaxation and calming effects of our sound meditation sessions at The Mended Heart Each sound meditation is comprised of various instruments to create soothing soundscapes that will transport you to a peaceful state. Each month, we offer a different sound meditation, providing our clients with new and exciting experiences. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and water bottle.

As a beginner, these cards are perfect for those looking to explore their spiritual side and gain insight into their personal journey. The Masks We Wear

Join us at The Mended Heart for our Mask Making Workshop, where you'll find a space for self-discovery and inner work. We believe that creating your own Maski can help you release what no longer serves you and connect with your inner self. Our workshop is designed to guide you through the process, giving you the tools you need to create a unique and meaningful mask. Join us and other like-minded individuals for this transformatinve experience.
Please bring a shirt to wear that can get dirty. We will be working with plaster of Paris.

Chakra Activation Method
